1. Scope of Services
These terms apply to three categories: corporate legal services and consulting engagements, digital information products, and physical goods. All engagements are subject to these terms.
2. Ordering and Payment
Fees for services and products are due as invoiced. Service engagements begin only after full settlement of fees. Digital products and physical goods are processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Corporate Legal Services and Consulting
Includes advisory on company formation, compliance reviews, contract drafting, regulatory filings, and related corporate law matters.
4. Digital Information Products
Includes downloadable guides, templates, and training materials in electronic format.
5. Physical Goods
Includes printed handbooks, workbooks, and other tangible materials.
6. Reimbursement Policy
6.1 Corporate Legal Services and Consulting
Cancellations made at least five business days prior to the scheduled start date qualify for full reimbursement of fees. Cancellations within five business days are not eligible for reimbursement, but one complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability.
6.2 Digital Information Products
Requests for reimbursement of digital products must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase and before access or download. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 calendar days of approval.
6.3 Physical Goods
Defective goods may be merged or reimbursed if reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be sent back in original condition. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the sent back item.
6.4 No Reimbursement Situations
Custom legal drafting, expedited filings, and any work begun immediately upon engagement are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory efforts that cannot be undone.
7. Reimbursement Process
To submit a reimbursement or reschedule request, please use our contact form. Upon approval, reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time is up to 14 calendar days.
8. Amendments
CompanyLawPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services or products after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
